Workshops and Courses

A deposit reserves a place on a Workshop or Course, for details of amount of deposit see relevant Workshop / Course details.

The balance of the cost is due on the first day of the Workshop or Event. For details of payment options click here.

Cancellation of Workshop / Course

All cancellations are to be made by telephone to 07814 595717.

Deposit is refundable (less administration charge of £15.00) if cancelled with more than 4 days notice.

Deposit is non-refundable for Workshops or Courses cancelled with 4 or less days notice.

One-to-One Sessions

For the first face-to-face session, payment is required in advance via the 'Costs and Payment' page.

Cancellation of an Appointment

Nr. Redbourn Venue: For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice the full session cost will be charged.

Kings Langley Venue: For cancellations made with less than 30 hours notice the full session cost will be charged.
